Smiley

We had an ultrasound yesterday, and my Little Man SMILED at us!!!!  He was sitting there with his serious face, and then he gradually changed into a smile!  It was probably the best thing I have ever seen.  I feel so lucky to have seen him smile so early.  Most moms have to wait until a few weeks after birth to see a smile, and here I've seen one at 24 weeks gestation on April 30, 2012.  Here is my precious, smiley baby boy:
Everything looks good with Baby D's heart.  He's meatier than the last time we saw him, and his eye sockets are more pronounced so he looks more like a human.  He's 1 pound, 9 ounces which is the 56th percentile - perfect!  We got to see him yawn and stick his tongue out.  So cute.  I also got to watch him kick while I felt it which was neat.  Here is the profile picture of his face; his nose is pointing up:
I think he has Himal's nose, but beyond that, I can't tell who he looks like from these pictures.  All I know is that he's a cutie!

And here is his sweet little foot:
I guess we won't see Little Man again until he makes his grand entrance in August.  I'm a little bummed about that but am so thankful to have these awesome pictures to look at until he arrives.  Thanks for following along this journey with us!
